- Why does MP4 export not work in my browser?
- MP4 encoding needs the WebCodecs API. Safari added it in 16.4; before that the tool falls back to WebM and says so rather than failing.

- Yes. It is a standard H.264 MP4 with a normal frame rate, so any editor will import it without transcoding.
