Convert tweets to images in bulk
Doing fifty tweets one at a time is the actual work; the conversion is not. Paste a list of links and every one is rendered with identical settings, then packaged into a single ZIP, which is what you want when you are building a carousel, a report or a swipe file.
Every card uses the options panel settings, so the whole set matches. Links that fail are listed in _failed.txt inside the ZIP. Just need one image? Use the single converter.
Fifty links come back as fifty matching cards in one ZIP, usually inside a minute, with no queue to wait in. They are converted one at a time so the tab stays usable while it runs, and any link that fails is named in the ZIP rather than sinking the whole batch.
Questions
- How many tweets can I convert at once?
- Several hundred on a desktop browser. Mobile browsers have tighter memory limits, so keep batches under about fifty on a phone.
- Do all the images use the same styling?
- Yes, that is the point of batch mode. Every card is rendered with the settings you pick, so the set looks consistent.
- Why did some tweets in my batch fail?
- Usually deleted posts or protected accounts. Those are listed separately at the end so you can see exactly which links to replace.
