Make a minimal tweet image

Sometimes the engagement numbers and the date are noise. For a pull quote in a deck, a design mockup or a graphic where the words are the whole point, everything except the name, handle and text is a distraction that makes the card look busy.

The card keeps the author's name, handle and timestamp so your export credits them. The post itself still belongs to whoever wrote it, so check you have the right to reuse it before you publish.

This page turns off metrics, the timestamp and the surrounding padding, leaving a tight transparent-background card you can place anywhere. It is the opposite end of the scale from the Reddit preset, which deliberately keeps every piece of metadata.

Questions

Why remove the date and like counts?
They add visual weight without adding meaning when the point is the wording. For a verifiable screenshot, keep them on instead.
Is the background transparent?
Yes, and the padding is almost zero, so you get just the card ready to composite into another design.
Can I still show the photos in the tweet?
Yes, images stay on by default. Turn them off too if you want text only.
